There’s constant chatter about “Big Data.” Ok, but with tight margins and limited access to large datasets, we (nonprofits!) can be left out in the cold during this technological transformation. Sam Waters, CAE, IMPAQ Strategy, will guide us in the conversation to explore novel sources of existing association data, and discuss how when combined and analyzed they can inform strategic planning, program design, and member support.
